Ryan came to ATL FIT with complaints of back pain and was advised by a physical therapist to find a knowledgeable personal trainer who was familiar with back training and corrective exercising. Since we've been working on posterior exercises, Ryan has also been getting a lot of positive compliments on his newly lifted and shaped hindquarters. "Lower back therapy has more than one benefit! Not only is my back pain gone, but all that glute work has my girlfriend grabbing my butt now!" - Ryan.
Stephanie is very active and participates in marital arts/combat sports training twice a week. She came to ATL FIT to sculpt her body, lose body fat and help build muscle after starting menopause.
