Jim started training with ATLFIT to reduce the effects of getting older. Jim had a health scare on a vacation when he wasn't strong enough to keep up with the ocean waves. He has double hip replacements and can be unsteady on his feet. We work a lot of strength, balance, and coordination. "Nicole is amazing! Ryan came to ATLFIT with complaints of back pain and was advised by a physical therapist to find a knowledgeable personal trainer who was familiar with back training and corrective exercising.
